This is a list of DRM-Free, European retail releases of adventure games that contain the game in English and don't have an official English retail release.

Edna & Harvey - Special Edition. This German retail release contains both English and German versions of both Edna & Harvey - The Breakout and Edna & Harvey - Harvey's New Eyes. The second game was never released in English in retail. Also, as a collector's edition it contains various cool stuff.
Deponia - The Complete Journey. This German retail release contains both English and German versions of all three Deponia games. The third game of the series, Goodbye Deponia, was never released in English in retail. Also, as a collector's edition it contains various cool stuff.
1954 Alcatraz. The German retail release is multilingual and supports many languages but only after you apply the official 1.3 patch. Be aware though that this is a 1.70GB patch!

Randal's Monday. The German retail release is multilingual. Simply change the language to English from the options menu.
Eleusis. The German retail release of this game contains the English version.
Memento Mori 2. This German retail release contains a semi-English version of the game besides the obvious German version. This semi version has English menus and subtitles but no English voices. The game is fully playable with German voices with English subtitles. In order to activate this option you need to run the executable with these parameters: -lang:en,ge
